Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date
- The account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Only one refund per user is allowed
- The refund request must be made through the original purchase method
How to Request a Refund

2 Provide Reason (Optional)
Let us know why you're requesting a refund. This helps us improve our service.
3 Wait for Processing
Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Refund Processing Time
- Alipay/WeChat Pay: 3-5 business days
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- UnionPay: 5-7 business days
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- Log in to your QuickQ account
- Go to "My Account" > "Subscription Management"
- Turn off "Auto-renewal"
Note: Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
Non-Refundable Items
- Partial month subscriptions
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Purchases made more than 3 days ago
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
